Today I cooked "Carottes a la Cyrano", which is an entre of carrots dipped in honey, then roasted with bruyere cheese (though I added shallots and sun-dried tomatoes which made the dish more exotic and spicy). He also lent me a really dry, witty British sitcom called Chef, which is really great.
